How soon can you get my dog in?
It’s our number‑one question. Because we’re generally booked 2–3 weeks in advance, we encourage you to schedule ahead—much like planning your own hair appointments.
I found a stray dog; can you keep him/her until I find their home?
Unfortunately, since we are state licensed, we can only take in pet’s that have documentation from a licensed veterinary showing that they are current on the required vaccines.
My dog just got sprayed by a skunk…
Sometimes we can work your pet in for emergencies, just call us and see if we can that day! But coming soon we are going to be installing self-washing stations for needs like this!
My spouse wants this….but I want something different, what do you recommend?
We can always do a test spot on your dog’s coat to show you what they would look like at whatever length so you can decide. Feel free to share your pictures so we can discuss what would look best for your pet!
How much is this going to cost, and do you have any deals on making it more affordable down the road?
We can provide an upfront price range after seeing your pet, helping you plan your budget with ease. Frequent grooming can actually reduce costs because it keeps the process simple and comfortable for your pet. Some families visit every two weeks since bath‑and‑brush days are a more budget‑friendly option.
